Rev Lai Kai Ming

Rev Lai Kai Ming graduated with a Masters in Divinity at Trinity Theological College in 2003. Before being called to the pastoral ministry, he served in the SAF as an Infantry Officer for 9 years. He is married to Lesley, who is a homemaker, and they have three daughters - Lois, Yasha and Kyrie. In his free time, he reads, swims, plays basketball, and goes for nature walks with his family. His favourite book (for now) is Lord of the Rings. In the immediate future, Rev Lai Kai Ming's goals are to grow in the areas of purity, prayer, and pulpit. He desires to deepen his theology in the Holy Spirit, his skill in mentoring (spiritual direction), and his effectiveness as an evangelist. Last but not least, he believes that a successful pastor is one who becomes dispensible as he equips the laity for greater ministry.

Rev Chia Chin Nam
Assistant Pastor

Rev Chia Chin Nam graduated with a Masters in Divinity from Trinity Theological College in 2008. Before God called him into the pastoral ministry, he worked in the corporate world for twenty years. His one desire is to be a “people’s pastor” who loves, cares and nurtures people into faithful disciples of Jesus Christ. To achieve this, he aims firstly, to be faithful in service to God and others. Secondly, he would be fruitful in character formation and making disciples. And finally, he would maintain a family-focused approach in whatever he does. Married to Phay Eng, a floristry trainer, they have two daughters. Charlotte is studying in Sydney while Izabella is in Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Rev Chia Chin Nam loves to read. Some of his favorite authors are RT Kendall, Henri Nouwen and Edmund Chan. To keep fit, he takes long walks. He also loves watching action thrillers but his number one priority is spending time with his family.
