Chia Chin Nam
Assistant Pastor
Rev Chia Chin Nam
graduated with a Masters in Divinity from Trinity Theological
College in 2008. Before God called him into the pastoral ministry,
he worked in the corporate world for twenty years. His one desire
is to be a “people’s pastor” who loves, cares
and nurtures people into faithful disciples of Jesus Christ. To
achieve this, he aims firstly, to be faithful in service to God
and others. Secondly, he would be fruitful in character formation
and making disciples. And finally, he would maintain a family-focused
approach in whatever he does. Married to Phay Eng, a floristry
trainer, they have two daughters. Charlotte is studying in Sydney
while Izabella is in Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Rev Chia Chin Nam loves
to read. Some of his favorite authors are RT Kendall, Henri Nouwen
and Edmund Chan. To keep fit, he takes long walks. He also loves
watching action thrillers but his number one priority is spending
time with his family.
